I have been invited several times to speak at conferences related to trading and speculation. While such conferences are undoubtedly important, the ones I participated in felt more like an exhibition or fair, where specialists from completely different fields are invited so that participants can choose what they like best. At first, I started conducting online intensives. These are sessions where a specific topic is explored in-depth over the course of several days. However, in such intensives, I lacked feedback; sitting behind a computer, it’s challenging to gauge the reactions on the other side of the screen. So, I diversified my program by organizing in-person conferences. It was a wonderful idea. Participating in such a conference can replace months of online learning. School participants who cannot attend the conference have the opportunity to join online or watch recordings of all the training sessions. Conference topics are announced approximately a month before its start and depend on the current issues of the students. The conferences are not designed for a large audience, allowing the opportunity to discuss each participant’s questions.
