The task set for today was to start exploring position management options after reaching boundary conditions. It turned out that I didn’t even start working on the task today. Boundary conditions for establishing low volatility involve setting a narrow corridor where the price does not go up or down. Specific characteristics point by point:

• The end of simple movement along floating squares in the direction of the segment.

• Unsuccessful continuation of a new simple movement (a new extreme is not reached), a line appears limiting the price movement in the direction of the segment’s color.

• Failed simple movement along floating squares in the direction opposite to the color of the segment. This condition indicates the opposite boundary of the instrument, and the price seems to be confined to a narrow corridor within about 20% of daily volatility. During the process, the task transformed into counting how many times boundary conditions were formed. From 11 AM to 5:30 PM Tel Aviv time, boundary conditions appeared three times. Each time, the end of boundary conditions was accompanied by a completed square.

Work on forming rules continues. It’s difficult and challenging. The main problems in my opinion:

• Fear of writing incorrectly and searching for a better option.

• Unwillingness to spend time formalizing rules, thinking they are already in the head, so why write them down. Due to the absence of written rules, there is a lack of a clear understanding of the market picture.

Plan for Tomorrow:

• Start working on boundary conditions, only after that it will be possible to move on to the next step in planning in terms of points and volume.
