Market.
Here are probably two pieces of news.
Usually, the appearance of border conditions is a precursor to a fairly significant new movement. That’s why so much time is spent on explaining and finding them. But today the market showed a situation where both happen without border conditions. The reason, of course, is the speed of price changes. Initially, with one simple movement, the price changes the current direction, and then with the second simple movement, it returns to the previous one. Naturally, we cannot talk about low volatility here. It is high, but we also cannot say it’s high because in the case of high volatility, there is a condition that precedes it, stable movement in this direction, and here it goes back and forth quickly and clearly. Just note that this is not our movement yet; do not lose the rhythm, run after the price, and remember the rules.
The second piece of news is about changes in border conditions. According to the border conditions for minimum volatility, the direction of price movement changes when a complex movement ends in the current segment. In other words, when the rollback consists of more than one floating square. A return to the previous direction after the end of this rollback, i.e., when the price crosses the stop order line of the action square on the last floating square. And a new complex movement begins. So, from this moment, the above rule of two stops is canceled. It is necessary for the price to cross the extremum line of the rollback movement because otherwise, we are threatened with entering the breakout from the contracting triangle, and this is three or four stops. In general, in my opinion, a decent description has turned out; take a look at the summary for February 28. The link is in our group.
Well, finally, there were 4 consecutive stops of border conditions today.
Group.
First of all, we have a new heading in the group – “Difficult Situations.” In the Telegram channel, a new heading “Difficult Situations Date” appears every day, and it will be great if everyone, when faced with a problem, posts a chart with a picture. It would be desirable for the chart to indicate action squares and segments; if there is also a verbal description of what you were thinking at that moment, it would be great. This is discussed on the evening webinar.
If yesterday morning’s webinar was dedicated to describing the technical formulations we use, then today’s one, I tried to show how to describe what is happening using what we have. Well, how it turned out is for you to judge.
Tomorrow’s plan:
Still, start trading based on border conditions.
Have a great evening!
